I guide women out of their Heads back into their Bodies
Many women live in their heads, not fully inhabiting their bodies. Running on Autopilot, suppressing emotions, chasing perfection — unconsciously stuck in a cycle of constant doing, achieving and overthinking. This way of living causes women feeling numb, tense, frustrated in their sexual / sensual life, disconnected from the body and struggling to rest without guilt.
Many women don’t understand their Nervous System, feel blocked in taking up space and in embodying their true essence.
I have been one of these women, and I have lived all the highs and lows of shedding these old programs.
My mission today is to support women to step out of this cycle and reconnect with their bodies — which naturally results in:

Expressing Emotions freely without getting lost in them

Beyond my work with women, I create embodied, heart-opening experiences for groups of all genders - at Festivals, Retreats and conscious gatherings around the world.
My spaces range from Intimacy & Heart-Sharing Circles, Conscious Connection Workshops, Playfulness & Primal Moves Classes, Ecstatic Dance Journeys, Active Meditation, Non-Verbal Connection, Holosomatic Group Experiences & Temple Spaces.
The Intention is always the same: To create an Opening in the Body, a Remembering of what feels authentic & an inclusive space to be Raw.
I create spaces where people are invited to meet themselves — beyond Roles, Labels & Stories — and enter a deep, lived, somatic experience. Where expression can be loud or silent, wild or tender, subtle or ecstatic.
My signature is working with carefully created musical and soundscape journeys — weaving sound, rhythm and silence into each experience to guide the Nervous System, open the heart, and support deep inner and relational journeys.
