About Me

My own journey has been a colorful ride — from:

Living in Austria in a corporate job, driven by hustle culture, I felt emotionally numb, living life based on external expectations and disconnected from my body and my eros, struggling with hyperthyroidism, people-pleasing and family trauma.

After the Pandemic I moved to Barcelona, started a new life, diving deep into Healing, Spirituality, Creativity and Dance. I explored & learned about Tantra, Temple Arts, Women’s Work and descended deep into Shadow Work & started realizing what my Body was holding onto — while navigating Burnout, Anxiety and an Overwhelmed Nervous System.

This lead me to leaving Corporate & all my stability behind, moving to Colombia and Mexico, choosing Alignment instead of Safety. I launched my own pleasure-based Business, sharing what I’ve learned with others and fully stepping into my truth.

Since then I’ve been living nomadic, mostly between Spain & Austria. I love to explore alternative ways of living and doing Business. My Mission is to bring more Body Awareness, Emotional & Energetic Intelligence, Conscious Connection & sutainable Transformation into this world.

I create intuitive & experiential spaces & laboratories for raw human expression. My creations are a permission slip for Authenticity, for unapologetic Expression, without Pretending, without Masks or Goals. Spaces for Emotions, Colours, Shapes, Frequencies, Paradoxes & Polarities, Spaces for aliveness, for the Body/Mind/Soul to be merged into the present moment, spaces for the Beauty & Art of this Human Experience.

Due to my lived experiences & my sensitivity I have the ability to deeply attune to the needs of a group or individual.

Apart from my lived experience & many life-changing Retreats & Immersions I am trained as:

  • 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher, Shades of Yoga, Bali 2019

  • Group Fitness- & Personal Trainer, Diploma Vitalakademie, AT, 2015 & 2019

  • 300 hour Holosomatic Tantra & Energy Facilitator, Innercamp 2025 (Kundalini Activation, Energy Healing, Tantric De-armouring Massage, Tantric Breathwork, Tantric Intimacy & Polarities, Womb/Hara Healing, and Trauma Release)

  • Graduate of the Mystery School Awaken as Love - Level I Training, Tulum, México, 2025 (Tantra, Shamanism, Embodiment, Conscious Relating & Collective Consciousness Development)

  • Embodied Group Facilitation Training “Metamorphosis - The Facilitator Training for Witches” with Luzi Pods & Celeste Gonzalez in 2025

  • My journey has led me to co-create Women’s Circles & Retreats, assist at the Awaken as Love Tantra Festival in Tulum (2025) and launch my Podcast “heART unfolding” on Spotify as well as my core-offerings: Holosomatic 1:1 Sessions as well as the Women’s Retreat Collaboration “Mind & eMotion”.
