1. About Holosomatic Work

Holosomatic Work blends body-centered practices with energy work, drawing on both science-backed principles and spiritual traditions.

Sessions are designed to help:

  • Release emotional and energetic blockages

  • Increase body awareness

  • Feel more present, alive, and embodied

Important: These sessions support Well-Being but do not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

If you have medical concerns, please consult a qualified professional.

2. What to Expect & Your Role as a Client

During or after a session, you might notice physical sensations, emotions, or insights — this is a natural part of the process.

Your role in this journey includes:

  • Tuning into your own comfort and boundaries

  • Communicating any discomfort or questions during the session

  • Remembering that this work is complementary and not a replacement for medical treatment

3. Participation & Liability

By booking a session, you agree that:

  • Your participation is fully voluntary
